"Putting The Data to Excel Template"

Hello All,
   Could any body help me out how to put the data to a excel template.
            The excel template is having all the formatting like "Percentage", "Number","Decimal" etc, the graph and the pivot table. So while putting the data to the Excel template no need to struggle for the formatting. As the data is inserted into the excel template the formatting will be automatically done. According to the no of inserted rows the graph and the pivot table will be automatically refreshed.
