Problem with listbox control

Er.. can someone help with an issue i am facing in the Listbox Control in VS2005?

A part of my project requires me to syncronize two listbox's scrollbars. when either one's scroll bar is activated, the other should also behave in sync with the other. Been trying for quite sometime but no luck.
SOS! Someone save me!!
