Print between lines

Question

Hello all

how to print with tidy line , string ,line .string,line string .
I meant the print out must be tidy ,(the distance of the upper part of the string to the  line above it ,must be the same with the distance of the lower part of the string to the line below it.  at least according to our eyes the distance are the same)
There are many lines and many strings.
How to do that in ,loop way.
