Popup Control Through AxWebbrowser

I am trying to call a webbrowser from vb.net.

axwebbrowser works fine for that , but the problem isthat, that url pops up a window with window.open. Which I don't have control on. I tried axWebbrowser.navigate2(url,,targetframename,,,) This doesn't work. Please Suggest
