plotting graphs in C#

Question

Hi Given a limited set of (xy) points I am supposed to plot the graph by interpolating so that the graph is a smooth one... Is there any APIs for it ? any links or suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thank you

I then use GDI+ to plot these values on a chart.
