Personalizing Mobile Web Applications sample?

Hi I was trying to build the sample project Personalizing Mobile Web Applications by Dipal Choksi I have created a unique site named Stock in my ISS default website folder inetpub\wwwroot\stock\web.config I receive Parser Error Message: It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS. Much Appreciate help Paul
