Packet analysis

Question

Hi all,

am do client/server application using socket, then i need to do analysis for the packets traveled between two computers, i read i some resources that i can do this using SetSocketOption by set SocketOptionName.HeaderIncluded, i try to use it but i failed, cause i don't know how i can use it.

plz, any help or any code would be really appreciated.
