ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

Question

Hi Everyone,

I have an issue on my .net 2.0 application.  I'm able to connect to the database and everything from my computer.  I publish my website and moved those files over to the webserver.  When I remotely connect to my webserver, i can go into the dos command and login to oracle using sqlplus.   I  I get teh following error:

ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
