opening a nother web form

hey everyone - thats my first post - but i wanna say thats a great forum - i've been browsing here for a long time searching for answers ang in most cases i've found them/
my question is:
in a web application - i've added another web form - now i want to show it during run time and send a data set to populate a data grid object in it - whats the code for it?
