OpenDialogueBox - file limitation

Question

I just tried processing over 1500 mdbs , from the opendialogue box, Is there a work around for the 200 file limitation,

I was reading msdn , and the page says there is a 200 file limitation via the opendialogue box,  I have to process alot of files, so how do i fix that issue, it truncates the filenames off when I choose over 200 files, which causes the wrong filename path
