on vsto outlook using vb.net

Question

Dear all,
In outlook the incoming mails are of different type like just mail or contact or caleder or task or attachment item. Now i need to check the incoming mails are of which type. And give a message that eg: task type of mail is received.
Plz let me know by programatically:)
