New Forum Format

hi everyone,

this is mainly aimed at admins and forum moderators...

i was thinking maybe the forum should be powered by something different than the current system.... the people over at vbdotnetforums.com use a system called vBulletin (google it), and the readability of that site is excellent, and not only that it comes with a repuatation system as well as several other features this site lacks. i like this forum, as the people here are pretty darn smart and intelligent but i think that the forum look needs an upgrade.
