need help with database

Question

Hi there I have been studying c# for a while and I am making a windows application for my company I am making a database for my company I work for. I have SQL Server install on a server and I have C# Visual Studio Pro and I have created the form (ie name address city...etc) What is the next step to create the database do I make the datagrid in sql or inside server explorer?
