Need help in parameter

Hi all, Pls somebody explain me with simple example what does the ref, out and params keyword do in c sharp?? And what does actually do postback and autopostaback method in asp.net with an example??? And if (!IsPostBack) what does it mean???? Pls somebody clear my above query... Thanks, Sumit
