Need a Deskbar (or input box, text box) in the Taskbar

Hi, I need to create a Deskbar in VB.NET similar to Google Desktop. I dont need any of the search functionality, all I want is a little white box in the Taskbar where a user can enter a number and then my application can use the number, launching a result windows form.

I just need an input box in the Taskbar. SOMEONE HELP! Thanks.
