mysql question

I am very new to c# so excuse the basic question I am attempting to connect to a mysql database via odbc. I can connect to it ok but when I try to drag it to a form to databind it I get an error " The wizard detected the following problems when config the dataadaptor for "patient' Details generated Select statement help thanks steve
