My first question!

Hello.... can you help me with my problem?please.......... I'm designing a site in C# language, the purpose of this site is to take the user name and the password entered from the user, checking whether it's account disabled or not, then after that and the important point is to display the remaining time for this user to use the Internet service, I mean the dial-up sesstion time for the user to connect to the (RADIUS) server. Previously, I thought that I can manage this problem using the InitializeLifetimeService, but I think I was wrong, so My real question is how can I display the remaining time for the user who remotely connects to the server? Of course, it's designed for the Billing purpose. Thanks a lot......
