MVC4 Design Template

I have a template that I am having trouble adding to an MVC project. I am trying to replace the default MVC layout with the new HTML template. Can someone add this to template to an new MVC4 project and uploaded to C sharp corner. I want to see what I am doing wrong. Review template below.
