Minimize App to SystemTray

Question

Hi all, first post, won't be the last!

Im trying to minimize my application to the system tray using the notifyIcon tool. I also don't want the app to show in the taskbar so I have set showInTaskBar to false.
The problem is when I restore the window from the system tray and click minimize the application minimizes to windows, like this: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y128/Ateam/Minimize.jpg

How could i get this window to hide?
