Minimising/Maxmising Windows

Question

I presume the best way to do this would be to send a message to the window (form) concerned, but I can't find any documentation related to this. eg, When you click on a systray icon while the main window is minimised then the main window should be restored. Is there any information about how to send messages to windows, and what the message ids are? Thanks.

Sorry to clarify FormWindowState.Normal is just like Restore in windows context menus. It will restore the form to the size it was before minimized/maximized.
