mini photoshop

Question

Hi, i.m lorking on project for college, and i have to do mini version of photoshop. My question is when i draw text with drawString() method , to move that text in run time while i got the position i want, and when i press enter to draw in the image that contains picturebox.image. Somtething like in  photoshop. Thanks and sorry for my bad english.
