Micorsoft .NET framework 1.0 support creating .CAB file????

Question

Hi everyone,

i want to know whether Micorsoft .NET framework 1.0 support creating .CAB file.
i am using version 1.0 and created a cab file from deployment wizard template but the output file looks like .zip file. is it same as cabinet file or i have use a diff. version.
