Menus in Visual #C express edition

Hello,

I am new to C# and I am following this tutorial for making MDIs.

http://www.geekpedia.com/tutorial41_Using-MDI.html

It tells me to insert a MainMenu from the toolbox, but there is no MainMenu as far as I can see.

Are they not included in the Express edition?
