Master Page is not applied on the initial run of the asp.net 3.5 application

Question

Hi All!
      I am facing a problem in asp.net 3.5 (VS 2008). I have Master page in C# and my asp.net application in C# using this Master Page. When I run the application, for the first time, the login page which is the first page, does not apply the Master Page, however, once I login, the consequent pages apply the Master Page and when I log out, then the login page applies the Master Page.

       Can anyone help me how to solve this? I am not what I am doing wrong or if it is a known issue.
