ListBox/ListView

Question

Ok, I've got a screenshot that i put on imagecave so that i can be more specific here.

I need a control that will allow me to have something like whats in the screen shot. A user should be able to click the entry[it will highlight the entire entry date, name, profession, and the note preview]. Basically it should work like a list box, but each entry in the list box should have great control of data formatting. It allows rows AND columns, or lets you use some type of grid control within each entry. Does anyone know how to do this? Can you provide a small code snippet accomplishing this?
