label.BackColor problem

Question

i have application with two forms.. one Main one, and other form with label with backColor set to RED, placed on it (second form) the second form is displayd on button Click event from the first one (main form) so the problem is: when i start my application and then press the button, second form shows with label.BackColor set to RED. i close the second form and press the button again.. and the second form shows but the label color is than set to transparent or something.. and it shoud be RED again it is something like a bug with label.. can someone help me with that? somebody with same problem??
