Is there any ready framework/code in vb.net for common programming task?

Hi I m .NET programmer. I am looking for a ready framework/code in vb.net which contain all default menus toolbar so I only have to add my package related forms and coding. I am looking for some ready code or software which gives ready solution containing code for the most of the common tasks. Regards Programmer2004

Under Windows Forms toolbox select a MainMenu and add it to your form. Add standard buttons to menu such a File and within that Open Close Save Save As. Implement them with relevant dialogues also taken from Windows Forms toolbox such as OpenFileDialog and SaveFileDialog. I've not come across a single template that does it all.
