Is it possible to create a form to a dll form?

Hi, I have a c# winform application project and I want to compilte it into DLL form that will share with other appliation.
Question: Is it possible to create a form to a dll form?
If it is possible, please post a sample code of how you do it.

Is this easy to to access information in form2 from Form?
