Impementing RSA in ASP.NET

Hi I have RSA Client & RSA Server installed in my system. Its working fine from the Interface of RSA Client. But how do i implement RSA in my web application to access SecurID called Passcode. I have a TextBox field for entering Passcode. How do i authenticate the user. What APIs should i use. PLZ help ASAP.
