Image Transformation in C#

Question

Hi,friends I am a s/w developer. Currently I am working on a project that deals with image transformation. The critical part is posting an image on a
draft.The complexity is that when the draft is tilted in some degrees with
x or y axis,the posted image must have to be transformed into the new shape that gives the view of its being tilted in the same degree with axes as of the container (draft).
