I cant drag and drop any controls to the web form?

Hi,
I use VS 2008 TS. Ealier i had this problem but i couldnt fix it, how ever, after system reinstallation (after a system crash) have to face the same problem. I cannot drag and drop and control to my web form. How do i fix this?
