How to write a C-sharp code to export slide, video or picture on projector using VGA DE-15 and/or DVI connection

Question

I am trying to write a C# program to display a video, picture, or slides on projector. Normally when a projector connected to a PC it displayed the whole screen. I am trying to disable that and display only a window I specify on my application.

Do you guys thing it is possible? If so, can anyone please give me some hint?
