how to use cursor in Sp in MySql

Question

Hello everyone.
i m facing problem while creating procedure in MySql.
i create the same sp in sql server and its working fine but when i try to use it in mysql it showing errors.
i attached my sp code file and the details are below
this sp is restrict user to received quantity more then issue. (if invoice show 10 issue then this sp check receive upto 10 and giver error message if user try to receive more then issue)
please help me if anyone who get my point.
please make the req,. chances.
