How to play only video file from any link using asp.net C#

My requirement is to play only videos from any webpages(ITS NOT A ABSOLUTE PATH)[IF I PASTE THIS VRL--- http://news.yahoo.com/sneak-preview--marriage-and-money--why-kirk-and-latosha-can-t-talk-their-budget-through.html ,IT HAS TO BE PLAY IN ANY CONTROL] how it possible please help me.
