How to play a music from Windows Mobile to bluetooth earphone(supports A2DP)

Hi, all
I'm trying to write a program to monitor the incoming call. (Windows Mobile 6.1)
For example:
I have a contactor name is "Jeanne", and her mobile number is "123456789", if the program found the incoming call is "123456789", then, the mobile will play a voice, and the voice content is "Jeanne is calling you".

I want the bluetooth earphone play this voice. Is there anyboday know how to make it?

It just like the bluetooth earphone plays the incoming call rings from the mobile. The bluetooth device supports the A2DP, I can heard music from the Windows Media Player through the device.

Could anybody help me?
