How to map data

Hi,

I have uploaded one Excel file and showing it using grid view to user. In a given text box user will write the column name; suppose user will write column A and press button btn_select. So, that whole column's value will be saved in one data set. There is one already generated database in sql, using that the given database and data set value will be mapped. After the mapping that things I am creating one xml file and on that xml file i just want to put the value of the rupees column on the mapped data. That rupees value, we have to put from the already loaded excel file.

So, how is it possible?
