how to manage resume posting???

It is better to start with an example: Aa you seen on any job posting website , where user paste his resume in the text area... i wanted to do the same.. but i am unable to pick the mechanism weather to store it as a image or what else....After wards this resume will be provided when posting job to an employer ............ plz help me out & prove your abilities..... my email is : [email protected]
