How to make setup of windows Application

i have developed windows application in c# and i want to make setup file of my application.
i dont know how to make setup file so please provide me details if you have. one more thing
if someone install this application at that time database also create on there.means if i am giving application setup file and he install at that time database also created with tables and install my application.
