How to know the Editor Type of Outlook C#

I've been searching over the net already on how to open MS outlook based on the Editor Type currently setup, but I can't find the exact solution. I'm using the Outlook Mail class in C#. Do you know how to open MS Outlook by Editor Type (Basic or MS Word)? Thanks. I know I have to use Inspector but I dont know exactly how. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
