how to invoke .cs file from HTML UI ????

Hi guys,
I have a structure as given below,

UI(HTML,javascript,AJAX) ----------.cs(.net framework)-------------SQL

Now, I wanna call .cs file func from my HTML(UI) page using javascript/AJAX.

Can anyone post the corresponding samples regarding this....
