How to integrate Aadhaar card with C# (VS 2012-2013)?

Hello Sir,

I am a C# developer, and I am new in third party integration.

I want to integrate Aadhaar card with the website.

I would like to get Person's details using his/her Aadhaar Card Number.

On this links, all things are Java related https://developer.uidai.gov.in/book/export/html/18

For C# I found the link http://souvikdc9.github.io/aadhaarapi.net/

But the code is written in Visual studio 2017 and Framework 4.6 and C# version 6.

I would like to do code in Visual studio 12-13, framework 4.0 - 4.5.

I have done lots of search in google but not getting any result.

Sir, Can you please provide a sample C# code for the lower framework.
