How to insert certain numbers in a Text boxes ?

 Hi Programmers

Please help me  

I have three text boxes must be start with Four a Specific numbers like :

TextBox1 = 1111 ..................

TextBox2 = 2222 ..................

TextBox3 = 3333..................

must be not accepted any numbers aren't start like a numbers above
