How to gererate ticket no for the registration page in mvc

Hi frnds Iam insert the data in database using registration form. Here fields like name country statement Now i inserted the data in databse using oracle in mvc.these things i did. Now i want once the inserted data in db after getting the msg here i want display like id 101 is created. How these functionally is created .and how these db data we can update
