How To Download The Html Page With Javascripts?

Question

I want to know Is there anyway to download the html page With Javascripts code and Show it as it in IE? i do not want use webbrowser control. the httpwebrequst only download the source code and will not convert the javescripts to html code. sorry for my poor english. many thanks
