How to display multilingual characters (eg. chinese, japanese, arabic, korean, etch characters) in listview in c# winform)

Hi,

I am creating program that displays multilingual characters in listview (French, Japanese, Arabic, Korean, etch). I already inserted multilingual characters in my database, but when I call the record to display in listview, it doen't display the right characters. For example, ??? character will display ???. Please help me to solve it. This is urgent. Please send me sample code. I already tried to search it thru internet but I could not find any solutions/samples.
