How to display dropdownlist value

Hi

I am having label in one page "MonthYear".
Label "MonthYear" have values like "Jan-2010","Feb-2010","Mar-2010" and so on.

I pass this value to another page by using QueryString.

But unable to show this value on the another page dropdown .
I want to set this value on the another page dropdown.

Pls help
