how to delete multiple rows in datagrid using checkboxes?

hi!
   i am using datagrid to dispaly data, and take select column (this column contain only checkboxes) and also take one Delete button.  in bottom  of the datagrid. when user select checkbox and click delete button that selected rows are deleted.
please give a code to do that.
