How to create the crystal report in VS 2010 ?

Hello sir ,
I create a crystal report 11 with the setup of CR 11 . Then i use that report in web application to run the reports. But every time i got the same error is come report name empty why this happens i don't know all the code and setting is correct .

Please know me what is the best process to create the same report and process.
