How to create reports in C# withMySQL but dont have lincense ?

I am creating windows application for that i want to know about crystal repors.
I am new in crystal reporting. As I want to create report with MYSQL, but i dont have lincense agrrment. I have tried with .rpt file but as i dont have lincense I am unable to create reports.
Could you please help me regarding that. How should i create reports? Is there any other option to create it? As I am working in winforms please give me any suggestions.
