how to create and display dynamic table with string?

hi friend
i have dynamic string "a,b,c,d,e,f,j......" and so on
now i want display first three word in one row then next three word in next row dynamically.
for eg ="a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i....."

output:

a  b  c
d  e  f
g  h

like this in table.
plz can anyone help out i stuck hr.
